Delivery and return information

The use of our website is subject to certain terms and conditions.

The website is for transactions within the United Kingdom and as such we are bound by UK law.

 

Delivery outside the UK

If you have a delivery address which is outside of the UK, please get in touch and I will arrange a quote for delivery to your destination.

 

Delivery

We will process your order as fast a we can, and aim to dispatch your goods within three working days of receiving cleared payment, however during busy periods this may take up to six working days.

All items are sent requiring a signature, so please ensure your delivery address will have someone available to sign for the parcel.

If you are intending to purchase a gift that you need in a hurry, please email us prior to purchase and we will let you know if we can meet your delivery deadline.

We can only deliver to the address as you have shown it in the delivery information.   If this address is incorrect or incomplete we can't accept any responsibility for the order being late or not delivered.

We can not accept liability if delivery is late due to delivery strikes or other incidents outside of our control.

We are not liable for non delivery unless the buyer informs us in writing within 7 days of the date when the goods would have been expected to be received.

 

Collection in person 

Your are welcome to collect your order in person to save on the postage, as long as you contact us first to arrange a mutually convenient day and time.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email me within 7 days of delivery, and return the item to me within 14 days of delivery to Woodside Metalworks, 6 Woodside, Methley, Leeds, LS26 9HB.

Upon receipt of the returned item, well refund your purchase price (excluding postage).

The buyer is responsible for the return postage and ensuring the goods are returned in there original condition and packaging.   We will not accept responsibility for any goods which fail to reach us or where reasonable care has not been taken to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit.

Please note:- Any order which is customised or personalised can not be returned.
